Headed up by a Director that leads and motivates their team, this is a position for an Executive Assistant to support across the full sales process

About the Role;

Day to day your responsibilities will include:

  • Support Sales Agent/ Director
  • Manage back end process from listing through to marketing
  • Provide sales administration support
  • Manage the Appraisals
  • Manage the marketing process through out the campaigns
  • Manage all compliance for sales process
  • Do agency agreements for properties
  • Provide marketing & ad hoc admin support where needed

Skills/Experience;
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent Computer Skills
  • Previous Administration / Reception Experience
- well presented & care about your presentation

  • Certificate of Registration (preferred), car & license
  • Strong Communication & Customer Service Skills
  • Have a proactive & positive attitude
- ability to multi task & work autonomously
- previous knowledge of Real Estate & the systems used adventitious
