About the role:
As a Building Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in supervising the home construction process. You'll work closely with Building Administrators, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and high-standard delivery of our homes, providing top-notch leadership and sub-contractor management throughout.

• Supervision: Inspect and supervise sub-contractor's work to meet Australian Standards and our internal quality standards and practice.
• Coordination: Arrange timely supply of materials and tradespeople to avoid delays.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct Practical Completion and Handover with clients, maintaining high standards through stage report inspections.
• Compliance: Uphold building codes, practices, and health and safety policies.
• Financial Oversight: Sign off on invoices and sub-contractor checklists.
• Site Maintenance: Ensure the worksite is safe, clean, and presentable.
• Problem Solving: Promptly report discrepancies, maintenance concerns, and lost/stolen items.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in building supervision within residential new home construction.
• Licensing: QBCC Site Supervisor (Low Rise or Trade Specific), Contractor, or Nominee Supervisor Licence required.
• Education: Certificate IV in Building & Construction (Building) highly regarded.
• Certifications: CPCCCM2008B Erect and Dismantle Restricted Height Scaffolding (Cert III in Carpentry) | Current First Aid | Construction Induction (white card).
• Driving: Current Drivers Licence with Active Status.
