The Division of Paediatric Medicine is the largest division at the Women's and Children's Hospital, aiming to deliver high-quality healthcare for children and young individuals in a family-friendly environment.

About You
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven ability to effectively communicate with various staff members within a large multidisciplinary team.
  • Proven skill in leading and motivating staff in high-pressure environments.
  • Demonstrated capability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and oversee service delivery within the role's scope
  • Proven experience in staff management, leadership, performance enhancement, and coordinating patient care service.
  • Significant experience in managing schedules that support extended services in a hospital setting
