About The Employer:
A state-wide Community Legal Practice with offices across 5 regions in Queensland.

Are a not-for-profit organisation that provides free legal services, including court and tribunal representation, welfare support, advocacy and community education to Indigenous and non Indigenous children, women and victims of family violence and/or sexual assault.

Your Background May Incl:
Offering a good understanding in the areas of Family Law, Child
Displaying a cultural appreciation/understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Experience with Court & Tribunal appearances, incl-case files.
Genuinely wanting to make a difference to the lives of Indigenous families,children, victims the vulnerable & disadvantaged

Essential Requirements

• QLD Practicing Certificate (unrestricted), or eligibility to acquire for QLD
• Current open driver's license
• Holder of a Working with Children Blue Card, or the ability to obtain one.
• Willingness to undertake a National Police Clearance check.
