The Role.

  • Monthly reporting.
  • Servicing Client needs and enquiries via written and verbal communications.
  • Campaign monitoring & analysis.
  • Perform keyword research and analysis, competitor analysis, website audits.
  • Content creation strategy.
  • Assist Sales & Accounts team where necessary.
  • Clientcomms and retention
  • 1+ years agency experience in a similar role.
  • Wellrounded knowledge of SEO, digital marketing and account management.
  • Excellence in client rapport and a passion for customer service.
