Bachelors degree in nursing or related field
Experience in aged care leadership , with background in clinical governance, quality or education

Being a key player in the senior leadership team
Demonstrating forward-thinking regarding policy , procedures oversight and requirements
Leading and value-adding to the Board's clinical governance committee
Trending, data analysis, complaints management
