The Casual Pool team at Compass Group is currently seeking Fine Dining & Boardroom Food and Beverage Attendants for our NSW Casual Pool.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Display a warm, inviting, and friendly demeanor.
  • Deliver top-notch food and beverage service at various sites and venues.
  • Prioritize cleanliness and quality in fine dining settings.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in preparing high-quality Barista coffee.
  • Ensure timely and accurate setup of boardrooms.
  • Maintain strict hygiene standards for food preparation and presentation.
  • Coordinate with team members, including chefs, to meet daily requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2-3 years of experience in high-end food and beverage services within premium dining establishments, corporate environments, or boardrooms.
  • Exceptional communication skills and dedication to superior customer service.
  • Ability to efficiently prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and impeccable grooming standards.
  • Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate.
