We are looking for a
Showroom Host to join our
Audi Alto Artarmon team.

Striving to provide an exceptional customer experience,
Audi Hosts identify the needs of the customer and the reason for their visit.

At the same time, serve as a showroom guide to ensure customers find what they are looking for, get introduced to the correct staff member and get all the information they need.

Audi Hosts support the Sales team to achieve their objectives and aid in sales administration support.

Audi Alto Artarmon is a Leading Audi dealer with a strong focus on our team culture and common vision of being the very best at what we do.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to take advantage of working with a luxury brand producing world-class cars.

This position will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Being the first point of contact for all customers in person or over the phone
• Entry of customer details to dealership CRM system
• Establishing a customers reason for the visit and directing them to the correct department/staff member
• Actively ensuring all customers are offered beverages and checked upon throughout their visit
• Management of dealership showroom display and cafe area, including beverage supplies
• Assistance with administrative duties for all departments within the Dealership
• Serve as an ambassador for the Audi and Alto Group image.
