Key Responsibilities:
* Store Operations Support:
* Assist in the smooth running of our stores by providing general operational support.
* Source and order necessary store supplies.
* Organise and assist with new store openings and closures.
* Human Resources Support:
* Provide support for general HR matters.
* Oversee and respond to customer service inquiries efficiently.
* Liaise with State Managers and other Head Office departments as needed.
* Communication and Coordination:
* Maintain clear communication with stores, suppliers, and service providers.
* Administrative Duties:
* Support loss prevention and management efforts.
* Handle general administration and various ad hoc tasks as required.
Ideal Candidate:
* Availability Full-Time (38 hours per week) from Monday to Friday.
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
* Strong ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs at an intermediate level.
* Capability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and handle challenges.
* Excellent time management skills and problem-solving abilities.
* Self-motivation, confidentiality, and loyalty.
* Professional telephone manner.
* Preferred: 2+ years of relevant experience.
