Job Description:

Our Family:

  • We are looking for an AU PAIR to assist with the care of our children. We have four children, who are currently aged 1,4,7 and 10. The 7 and 10 year old are at school and therefore the care will be provided primarily to the younger two, although 4 yo is at kinder and therefore it will really be picking her up and dropping her off from there. The house is full of noise, chaos, art and crafts but its lively and exactly how you'd like it to be for a family this size. My husband and I work 4 days a week and are also at home some of the time, so there is always someone around. We are an active family; interested in exploring Melbourne and the outdoors. The children love football, camping and getting on their bikes. I love running and would be keen to have someone as part of our family who is also an active person.

Your Duties:

  • Playing;
  • Reading stories
  • Serving food and putting to sleep
  • Dressing and tidying up their toys
  • Bathing and dressing
  • Driving to and from kindergarten

Our Perfect Caregiver:

  • We are looking for someone that is flexible, sunny natured and hands on. We'd ideally like someone who can anticipate the needs of the kids and can understand how to respond to different preferences and interests. We like a carer that is open minded and cuirous like the children, but also patient and level headed.
