We are currently looking for Support Workers that are kind, gentle & passionate about working with & understanding clients with behaviours & high personal care needs.

The location of work is the Woy Woy on the Central Coast.

There are opportunities for growth and advancement within the company, with further learning outcomes encouraged and functional support from our management teams.


Duties and Roles will include:

  • Supported Independent Living
  • Flexibility with 24/7 support in small ratio homes with sleep over shifts in most homes and all aspects of daily living
  • High personal care and assistance will be required.
  • Community access program and supports to assist with attending activities
  • Dropin supports providing assistance within the home to build capacity with daily activities
  • Focusing on skill development and personcentred practices

Requirement will include:

  • A Level of understanding of disabilities and support needs
  • Cert III in Disabilities/Community Services or higher
  • High personal care and assistance will be required
  • Manual Handling
  • Medication training
  • PEG Feeding
  • Working With Children's Check


 Police Check
  • Less than 6 months old
  • NDIS Workers Check
  • First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Workers Module
  • Current Australian Drivers License
  • Own vehicle with full comprehensive insurance
