Your Opportunity

  • Develop the Supply Chain Sustainability value proposition as an enabling capability
  • Drive the prioritisation of the Supply Chain Sustainability service offerings and solutions. Provide PMO oversight and actively contribute to the service offering and solution development
  • Develop/innovate Supply Chain Sustainability Maturity Assessment
  • Develop/innovate embedding ESG into the Operationsrelated Powered TOM assets (liaising with the accountable TOM Functional Lead)
  • Drive integration and enablement of Supply Chain Sustainability reporting assets
  • Drive and contribute to Supply Chain Sustainability thought leadership (incl. components of external market survey(s) and analyst relations program)
  • Identify Supply Chain Sustainability network capability building needs and liaise with Learning & Knowledge Management Lead to fulfil (learning & awareness webinars, Source landscape/community needs)
  • Establish and maintain global Supply Chain Sustainability leaders community and networks. Share assets, experience, collateral and credentials

Your Experience

  • Progressive professional experience in SCS
  • Ability to lead and work independently, toward the development of strategies, paths, and tactical execution plans, while navigating input and direction from a diverse leadership group spanning multiple firms, cultures, and roles
  • Strong strategy, operations, and program management experience, designing and executing plans/initiatives, ensuring agreed milestones and deliverables are completed on time and within budget, all balanced with a flexible approach to accommodate the dynamics of a highly matrixed organization
  • Experience surrounding learning/capability building, knowledge management, and internal communications plans and execution
  • Familiarity with collaboration platforms leveraged by KPMG
  • Familiarity with global solutions, priority initiatives (Connected Enterprise, Powered Enterprise, Trusted)
