    • Our New Grad Program is revised each year by current new grads to provide superior support & flexibility, 1:1 supervision & career growth opportunities.
    • A genuinely fun and supportive team; no need for exaggerated marketing schemes - you go rural for the career opportunities & stay for the down-to-earth culture & life-long friends you make.
    • Attend Internal Professional Development weekends away – we take river cruises, visit vineyards, & benefit from the teachings of external national leaders in Speech Pathology & Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy
    • Collaborate with OTs, Dietitians, Psychologists & Mental Health OTs, Exercise Physiologists, Physios and Allied Health Assistants to achieve your clients' goals.
    • Feel supported by a team of Admin & NDIS support.
    • Develop broad skillset & discover areas of interest you wouldn't experience in the city, through rural generalist training.
    • Work in a multitude of work environments – in fully resourced paeds & adults clinics, via telehealth, in schools, kindies, & shearing sheds.
    The 2024 New Grad Program
    • Comprehensive orientation; plus NDIS & admin training prior to taking on clients
    • Consistent 1:1 supervision with senior Speech Pathologist; plus additional support as required
    • Peer support system with those who've been through the program
    • Multi-disc case-conferencing to resolve complex client needs

    • The idea of taking on a variety of Adults & Paediatrics clients excites you – covering anything from paeds development, sports injuries, orthopaedics, neuro, to rehabilitation and return to work

    • You have confidence in clinical decision making & problem solving
    • You are willing to do day trips to our small outreach towns to achieve our organisation's 'why' ... and for those interested we have overnight trips to more remote locations
    • You have a formal qualification in Physiotherapy, AHPRA membership and full legal rights of working in Australia
