Nous sommes à la recherche d'un directeur ou d'une directrice de comptes commerciaux qui misera sur ses forces relationnelles et son réseau pour générer de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires tout en gérant un portefeuille de clients existants. Votre principal objectif; avoir de l'impact sur la réussite d'entrepreneurs grâce à nos solutions de financement et services-conseils adaptés à leurs besoins. LES DÉFIS QUI VOUS ATTENDENT
Voici à quoi ressemble une semaine-type :
Vous rencontrez des entrepreneurs, clients et prospects, et vous discutez des particularités de leur entreprise afin de soulever les enjeux, fournir des conseils et identifier, s'il y a lieu, une offre de service BDC appropriée à leurs besoins d'affaires; Vous mettez à exécution votre plan d'action aligné aux objectifs du Centre d'affaires. Ceci vous permettra d'assurer la croissance et la rétention des clients actuels de votre portefeuille tout en procédant à l'acquisition de nouveaux clients et à la création d'un pipeline d'opportunités d'affaires; Vous analysez, négociez et présentez des propositions de financement en exerçant un jugement de crédit; Vous êtes actif dans le milieu des affaires local en réseautant au sein de diverses associations, chambres de commerce dans le but de développer des relations d'affaires et de solliciter des références qui faciliteront l'acquisition de nouveaux clients.CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

Vous détenez un Baccalauréat en finance, commerce ou en administration des affaires ? Vous êtes passionné par l'entreprenariat et avez 2 à 5 ans d'expérience en développement des affaires et avez développé un réseau dans le milieu des affaires ? Vous avez un sixième sens vous permettant de cerner les enjeux et les besoins d'affaires pour les entrepreneurs ? Vos clients et relations d'affaires se souviennent de vous à cause de la justesse de vos conseils ainsi que de votre service à la clientèle hors pair ? Vous faites preuve d'esprit d'équipe, de structure et d'organisation et établissez des relations efficaces et durables tant avec vos pairs qu'avec des contacts d'affaires et des partenaires externes ? Vous avez d'excellentes capacités de négociation, êtes axé sur les résultats et avez des réalisations concrètes d'objectifs à votre actif?Un permis de conduire valide ainsi que l'accès à un véhicule pourraient être requis.
