Your Role

  • Calculate monthly Advisor commissions and meet payroll deadlines, while building relationships with key stakeholders, including Advisors, Business Management, and Executives.
  • Contribute to other businessasusual activities such as Executive Committee monthly, quarterly and annual management reporting packs delivering insights ontime and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Assist with the preparation of quarterly Board papers and other adhoc Board requirements.
  • Understand and take ownership of existing spreadsheetbased Finance processes, thereby providing you with a mandate to automate or reengineer while maintaining a strong control framework.
  • Assist LGT Group (the parent organisation headquartered in Liechtenstein and regional office in Singapore) with emerging reporting requirements as part of ongoing integration activities.
  • Understand, seek out and automate / reengineer existing spreadsheetbased processes using Alteryx, Tableau, and other technologies to deliver selfservice, automated reporting to key stakeholders, with a view to providing access to information not previously made available, while releasing capacity associated with the current provision of information.
  • Maintain and iterate existing automated processes, with a continuous improvement mindset. The objective being to accommodate new and emerging business requirements while changing systems and technologies to lift adoption of meaningful automation; drive transparency; and improve governance.
  • Develop new tools and selfservice reporting infrastructure, harnessing the data available to the organisation across various systems.
  • Implement (and guide staff through) workflow tools designed to reduce risk and strengthen governance.
  • Represent Finance in various working groups on data and change across the organisation. Guide others through the change processes that you have created.
  • Engage in cross division projects, solving the organisations biggest challenges related to data, automation, reporting and commercial insight.
  • Assist the broader Finance team with identifying and improving process automation. Be an agent for positive change.
  • Develop strong working relationships with Business Management and other areas of the business, assisting them with meaningful analytics and insights to help deliver on the organisation's strategy.
Your skills & experience

  • Proven experience in Financial Services with exposure to business partnering, Financial Performance Management (FP&A) and Financial Control activities and processes.
  • Track record of developing in data wrangling, automation, and visualisation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, Power Automate, SQL and/or Python.
  • Experience in financial process reengineering and change management projects.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Suite of tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Minimum 57 years of experience in a similar position.
