About the RoleStrategically manage the property's Rooms operations, including Welcome, Whatever/Whenever, Wheels, Concierge, and StyleWork with direct reports (department heads) to develop and implement departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiativesEnsures Rooms operations meets the brand's standards, target customer needs, ensures talent satisfaction, focuses on growing revenues and maximises the financial performance of the departmentW Hotels' mission is to Ignite Curiosity, Expand Worlds.
