Mullies Underwater Services, based on the Mornington Peninsula are a family run business established in 1977. With over three decades of experience in marine services specialising in moorings, boat building and repairs. Mullies take pride in being one of the industry leaders in premium marine services on the Mornington Peninsula.

Mullies also provide services relating to commercial diving, marine structure construction and maintenance, boat storage, salvage, boat repair fibreglass, timber and aluminium, vessel transport, welding and fabrication.

About the role

The role requires a background in the marine industry specialising in fiberglass and timber boat repairs. A hard working all-rounder with a great work ethic will thrive in this position.

You will have the following skills:

• Experience with the use of composites, epoxy and fibreglass construction
• Experience in all aspects of internal and external outfitting and marine engineering
• Be mechanically minded with an ability to work with marine electrical systems (desirable)
• Have extensive experience in vessel and structural repairs
• Ability to work to and meet deadlines
• Have attention to detail and take pride in their work

Skills and experience

• We are looking for a skilled tradesperson that is mechanically minded, specialising in boat building; both timber and fiberglass, internal and external outfitting including electrical systems.
• Must hold a forklift licence, drivers licence and Construction White Card.
