About the role:

Exciting opportunity for a well-rounded Finance Officer to join a highly regarded private property company. Prior experience working in a finance role with a commercial property owner/agency will be highly advantageous.

Duties:

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Accounts receivable functions including tenant receipting
  • Arrears reporting and management
  • Processing of general ledger journals
  • Processing of creditor invoices including importing creditors from external databases

The skills and experience required for this role:

  • Experience as a Finance Officer/Assistant Accountant, ideally within a property organisation
  • Welldeveloped skills and knowledge of Microsoft office suite, in particular; Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Understanding of propertybased accounting software
  • Sound interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work in a close team environment.
  • Well organised, efficient, proactive with a high level of attention to detail
