Core Talent are currently working with a reputable Queensland-based civil contractor specialising in bulk and detailed earthworks, road construction, land development and mine services. They have great industry experience, working with Tier 1 & 2 companies on iconic projects across Townsville and Northern QLD.

About the Role

They are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to come in and assist with a upcoming local projects in the Townsville area, the ideal candidate will have the following skills:

• Has extensive supervision of site works
• Must have focused and punctual management style
• Can relate to the workers and be professional for the clients
• Strong aptitude for organizing resources and subcontractors
• Previous history supervising projects with heavy bulk earthworks
• Detailed understanding of drawings

About You

• Minimum 5 years' experience and a proven track record delivering civil projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Commitment to providing a quality product and customer service
• Provide support to the Civil Manager and Project Engineer by leading the civil workers
