Your Role:

  • Provide direct one-on-one support to children with additional needs, ensuring their growth and development are nurtured.
  • Infuse your passion into creating and delivering a stimulating learning environment for all children under your care.
  • Collaborate with the team on daily center practices, offering support in documenting children's learning journeys.
  • Build meaningful connections with families and fellow educators, fostering a supportive community for our children.

Job Requirements:

  • Hold a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care.
  • Possess a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
  • Experience working within an inclusion support role would be highly desirable.
  • Knowledge and understanding of childcare industry practices, including legislative requirements and quality frameworks.
  • Awareness of the National Quality Framework and Queensland Kindergarten guidelines.
  • Effective workplace communication skills.
