Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand and identify their recruitment needs
  • Manage the full 360degree recruitment process
  • Provide consultation and education on the hiring process and the external employment market
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements
  • Promote and support the maintenance of Standards Australia's Capability Framework
  • Lead and manage employer branding initiatives
  • Attend job fairs, networking, and recruitment events
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department
  • Report on recruitment activities
  • Manage recruitment projects as assigned by the Head of People & Culture

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role within a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrated experience in handling employee relations matters
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and actively contribute to team success
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
