Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Review contract specifications, shop drawings, and Standards
• Prepare and witness welder qualifications, Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), Welding Procedure specifications (WPS)
• Conduct dimensional check, visual examination of welds, daily welding inspection and safety checks.
• Review Manufacturing Data Report (MDR)

Qualifications:

• AS2214 Certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience as a Welding Supervisor in a fabrication environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Indepth knowledge of welding processes, techniques, and equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including AS 5131 CC3 requirements.
• Excellent problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
• Detailoriented with a commitment to producing highquality work.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in welding supervision.
