Makeables at Multicap:
Based in our Makeable Divisions, you'll collaborate with supported employees who face physical or intellectual challenges. While skills in manufacturing and food processing are valuable, it's your caring and unflappable nature that will set you apart. Resilience and excellent communication skills are your superpowers.

About You:

  • Ability to carry out repetitive tasks daily for long amounts of time.
  • Respectful, positive team member who contributes to team outcomes.
  • Experience, or willingness to work in a production environment.
  • Eye for detail and takes pride in their work produced.
  • A flexible approach to ensure the job gets done right the first time and to ensure
    quality in every bag
  • Commitment to following Workplace Health and Safety requirements and
    maintaining a safe working environment.

You will need to have or be willing to obtain:

  • A current QLD Driver's Licence
  • Current CPR and First Aid Certificate
