We are seeking a Principal

Civil Designer with 12+ years' experience to join our team.

Upon joining Engeny, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to contribute to projects including (but not limited to) the following areas:

  • Stormwater (Culverts, Pipe Networks, Creek Rehabilitation, Erosion & Sediment Control).
  • Development (Stormwater Networks, Bioretention Systems).
  • Local Government (Civil Infrastructure, Detention Basins).

About You

  • Design of multidisciplinary projects using 12D.
  • Preparation of construction documentation.
  • Technical innovation and continuous improvement for the design team.
  • Project management of detailed design projects.
  • Review of design and drafting documentation.
  • Supporting the wellbeing, development and resourcing of junior team members.
  • Supporting and approving associated technical work directly related to the discipline and in project management capacities.
  • Participating in client management and business development.
  • Playing an active role in the business groups through regular meetings, workshops, training and business planning.
