We are in search of a highly driven and seasoned Fixed Operations Manager (Service & Parts) for our Nissan and Renault dealership situated in the Bunbury region.

Tasked with reporting directly to the General Manager, you will oversee the performance of the service and parts division which comprises a team of Service Advisors, Parts Interpreter, and Technicians. Your main responsibilities will revolve around meeting and surpassing financial, customer, manufacturer, and Dealership objectives, enhancing operational efficiencies within the business to ensure dealership success, providing guidance and leadership to the team, collaborating closely with other internal departments to guarantee smooth operations of the service and parts sectors, managing reporting duties and general service administration as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the service and parts departments.
  • Ensure the delivery of top-notch customer service to every client.
  • Demonstrate experience in mentoring, leading, and supporting teams to achieve KPIs.
  • Fulfilling the owners' expectations.
  • Promote the service department to drive service bookings.
  • Conduct follow-up communications with customers post-service to confirm a positive experience.
  • Engage in long-term strategic planning in collaboration with the CFO and GM.

What We're Looking for:

  • Prior experience as a Fixed Operations Manager or Senior Service Manager in an Automotive workshop within the last 5 years.
  • Proven track record in team management with successful KPI achievement and high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Capability to offer expert advice and guidance to our clientele.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Applicants filling this role MUST possess robust, concrete, current, or recent Service Manager experience, preferably acquired in a sizable or multi-franchised new car dealership setting. You should exhibit strong managerial, financial, and people management skills, coupled with the determination and vigor to excel. Motivating your team to reach their maximum potential, while prioritizing customer contentment and profitability, is crucial.

The compensation for this position will include a base salary of $85k, superannuation benefits, commission structure, and a company vehicle. The total package is anticipated to hover around $110k provided you achieve both manufacturer targets, internal financial plans, and KPIs. For the right candidate, assistance with relocation costs could also be on the table.
