The Client

We have teamed up with a top Multinational in the industrial manufacturing industry, committed to excellence and continuous enhancement. Our customer is currently looking for a detail-focused and driven Financial Accountant with Manufacturing expertise and familiarity with major ERPs like SAP.

Responsibilities

Working under the Finance Director, your main duties will involve:

  • Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations for Australian and New Zealand companies;
  • Support audit needs from both internal and external auditors;
  • Handle month-end closure and reporting tasks;
  • Supervise the AR function;
  • Create and review monthly P&L reports;
  • Produce monthly cash flow reports and rolling forecasts;
  • Handle BAS and Payroll tax lodgement;
  • Conduct stock reconciliation and inventory analysis & reporting;
  • Complete ad-hoc reports and additional tasks as needed.

Experience

  • CA/CPA qualification or close to completion;
  • Finance and/or Accounting Bachelor's degree;
  • Prior experience in a Financial Accountant role within manufacturing;
  • Familiarity with SAP and intermediate Excel skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks;
  • Independent and team player capabilities;
  • Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
