Pastoral Care Practitioner, supporting our site in Traralgon. The Benetas Pastoral Care service is a significant part of our organisations social dividend. Pastoral Care plays an important role for residents and demonstrates our commitment to value the whole person and all aspects of their life.
You will have:
- Relevant qualifications in Pastoral Care, Health, Theology, or Social Science or related field and include at least one unit of clinical pastoral education
- Demonstrated experience in pastoral care
- An open, inclusive, nondenominational philosophy
- Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail to ensure quality documentation
- An outstanding customerfocused orientation
- An exemplary work ethic and great initiative
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence and vehicle
- Experience in an Aged Care, or end of life setting (desirable)
