Initially starting as an online retail store in 2018, today iScoot is Australia's largest independent Electric Scooter Retailer. We have a new showroom in Underwood and three divisions, being Scooters, Accessories and Service| Warranty | Repair.

***we are currently on the lookout for one full-time e-Mechanic to join our team.

You
You will have a bicycle or moped repair, mechanical, electric, or electronic background.

However, more important will be your:

• Practical thinking
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to logically work through almost any problem

Expect lots of training and support from our suppliers and team members, so it is also important that you are always open to learning new skills.

This is a new industry, so things are always changing and evolving, making your ability to adapt to change another key attribute.

Role

Due to the wide selection of scooters that we sell, you will be exposed to a range of repairs, making no two days the same.

Reporting to the Showroom Manager, you will work closely with the team to ensure that every scooter is accurately diagnosed.

From there parts are ordered as required and each scooter is entered into the que for repair.

You will also have semi-regular contact with suppliers and customers to answer tricky questions.
