What's the role?
Reporting directly to the Team Leader of our People Connect team you will:

  • Support job change and internal transfer process
  • Maintain employee records
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Provide general HR support and guidance to employees via phone and chat service
  • 12 month parental leave contract

Who are you?

  • Demonstrated administrative experience, preferably in an HR or recruitment environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A strong customer service ethic and commitment to delivering highquality work

The HR Team


This role is part of the Human Resources (HR) team where our purpose is to cultivate an engaging employee experience and a thriving performance culture.
