The role:

As MedAdvisor continues to grow rapidly, our Sales team is looking for Business Sales Analyst to support the team.

Reporting to the Executive GM - Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for tracking and reporting on sales data, identifying trends, reviewing business cases and making recommendations for improvements to the sales process.


This
is a full-time hybrid position with a view of 1 to 2 days per week in our Camberwell office.



As our Sales Analyst, you will be:

  • Providing accurate, timely and actionable analytics whilst assisting with monthly forecasting
  • Evaluating trends and creating visualizations using Excel to drive business, customer, and process improvement
  • Continuously developing and maintaining data models and visualizations, providing market and business insights to measure commercial performance, and identifying trends, gaps etc
  • Providing continuous advice to the Executive GM
  • Sales & Marketing and Global Chief Financial Officer on areas requiring more focus
  • Responsible for the high volume of reporting on a weekly and monthly basis for commercial business including management, sales and finance use

We're looking for someone who has:

  • Tertiary qualified in Business Analytics or Finance (or relevant qualifications)
  • A minimum 3 years' experience as a Sales Analyst, Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst with Finance/Sales experience
  • Highly organized skills with great attention to details skills; and ability to prioritise a diverse workload while working with minimum supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build effective working relationships both within and outside the organization
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills confident with V-Look ups and Pivot tables
  • Experience in measuring commercial performance and identifying trends and gaps
  • Good experience in translating data into ongoing execution optimisation and recommendations for strategic management decisions
  • Experience with Power BI/Tableau/HubSpot or similar tools is highly desirable
