What we are looking for:

We are looking for

Fiberglass Laminator to work long-standing West Australian family-owned and operated company who, over the last 30 years has developed a reputation for providing excellence in safety, reliability, customer service and value engineering.

Duties but not limited to:

  • Manufacture and produce fibreglass products adhering to all safety and quality guidelines.
  • Monitor individual, safety, productivity, efficiency, and quality working in a team and autonomously
  • Check the completed product for conformance to specifications and to identify any deficiencies
  • Repair or modify damaged or defective glassfibre parts, checking thicknesses, densities, and contours to ensure fit after repair.
  • Conducting tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance.
  • Check all templates, and cutout patterns to be used in the manufacturing process to ensure that they conform to dimensional data, photographs, drawings, samples, and/or customer specifications.
  • Continue to provide technical advice as required to achieve quality products.

Requirements:

  • Experience in laminating industrial tanks
  • Hand lamination experience
  • Cutting and Grinding experience
  • Class C Manual Drivers Licence
  • MS Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Desirable but not essential:

  • Choppergun experience
  • Forklift Ticket
