About the Role
As an Asset Specialist, you will oversee the optimization and maintenance of dragline equipment, ensuring efficiency and reliability to enhance productivity and safety at our QLD mining sites.

What You'll Do

  • Governance and implementation of Asset Strategies for Draglines and Shovels
  • Optimize equipment performance through Strategy Optimization, lifecycle planning, and Asset Standards development for Draglines and Shovels
  • Provide Defect Elimination support to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field
  • Extensive experience in heavy equipment maintenance, particularly with draglines
  • Strong knowledge of dragline systems, diagnostic tools, and maintenance software
  • Ability to analyze data and drive equipment performance improvements
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive problemsolving abilities
  • Commitment to safety and creating a safe work environment
