Your Role

At HCLTech, SIAM (Service Integration & Management) serves as the driving force in integrating business and IT to deliver value to customer stakeholders, extending beyond just multi-supplier management. The SIAM Head role will be pivotal in driving the success of SIAM services within the Australia & New Zealand region.

This multifaceted role reports to the AVP of the Regional Delivery Unit for the ANZ Region and encompasses responsibilities in strategy, expansion, transformation, and operations within the service integration space. The candidate is expected to be a trusted partner to our C-suite customers, demonstrating business acumen and deep expertise in solving business problems through intuitive, creative approaches and industry-leading technology solutions.

The role requires strong expertise in Organizational Change Management, with the ability to pursue and influence complex changes. The candidate must possess extensive knowledge and skills in business, technology, frameworks, and standards, integrating these elements to deliver meaningful and breakthrough outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to align technology deliverables with business expectations and outcomes.
  • Lead SIAM services across the region, ensuring end-to-end responsibility for delivering business value and fostering new business opportunities for SIAM.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion for SIAM and related services.
  • Ensure all SIAM engagements in the region are delivered with the highest quality, consistency, and efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain necessary practice discipline and governance across the portfolio.
  • Continuously engage with client C-suite representatives to stay informed about business needs and expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices in areas such as service integration, business value measurement, and change management.
  • Facilitate the delivery of transformation programs and projects to achieve committed outcomes.
  • Participate in industry and corporate events to showcase and demonstrate the value of SIAM services with a focus on business outcomes.
  • Ensure a robust multi-supplier management framework is developed, maintained, and implemented through programs and operational services.
  • Use an organizational change management approach to drive complex changes, influence the C-suite and other stakeholders, and convincingly articulate the business value of these changes.

Experience

  • Over 8 years of experience in business management and information technology.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in consulting or as a senior business analyst.
  • Experience or strong understanding of change management practices.
  • Exceptional verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to interact and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Extensive experience in service integration, multi-supplier management, and vendor management.
  • In-depth understanding of IT service management systems, processes, and tools.
  • Ability to create solution presentations, documents, and marketing collateral.
  • Experience leading a team of consultants or practitioners.
  • Familiarity with major industry frameworks and standards, certified in TOGAF and/or ITIL (e.g., ITIL, TOGAF, COBIT, IT4IT).
  • Exposure to emerging technologies such as cloud, GenAI, ML, and digital twins, with an understanding of their business and IT impacts.
  • Experience managing and delivering operations and transformation programs.
