  • Gym Instructor Rate: $34.53 per hour (Casual rates) + super
  • Personal Training Rate: $54 $69 per hour (Casual rates) + super (based on experience)

About the Position
We are an energetic, fun and innovative team looking for exciting, creative and service focused people to join us.

As a Gym instructor you will engage and build strong relationships with members, whilst supervising the gym floor.

Our operating hours span from
5:30am to 10:30pm, so it is essential that you are available to work during these times, including weekends, in order to provide complete service to our members.


Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct health consultations, reassessment and program shows to members
  • Review, change, and modify exercise programs
  • Help provide and run Health club promotion challenges, member engagement and member retention activities
  • Efficiently deliver personal training and gym programs
  • Planning and delivery of our Strength and Conditioning programs
In this role you will be required to perform duties of both Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer [where qualified].

Your Strengths

We are looking for motivated and proactive fitness professionals who are passionate and enthusiastic about health and fitness and ready to make a positive impact on the lives of our members.


Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Fitness
  • Level 2 First Aid with CPR (or be willing to obtain)
  • Experience in delivering health & wellbeing programs and personal training sessions
  • Knowledgeable of current exercise prescription and methods
Desirable

  • Certificate IV in Fitness
  • Strength and Conditioning certificate
Applicants must be able to provide evidence of current qualifications and registrations.
