About the opportunity

As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading the effective delivery of the park's rides, water slides, and event management to ensure a first-class guest experience.

You will play a vital role in coaching and mentoring the team while ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and service.


In this role, you will:

  • Manage quality systems and procedures, continuously improving processes.
  • Recruit, onboard, and lead both permanent and casual employees.
  • Analyse business performance and work within defined budgets.
  • Motivate and inspire teams to achieve high engagement levels and low turnover
  • Train and develop talent
  • Implement processes, and layouts for the park.

About you

  • Experience in managing quality and safety systems at a senior management level.
  • Proven track record in delivering consistent guest service excellence.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Strategic planning skills, innovative thinking, and event management experience
  • Experience of addressing HR matters
  • Strong training and development experience
  • A proven track record of motivating and retaining staff
  • Ability to work 6 days during key periods and some Public Holidays.
