Reporting to the General Manager of Womenswear, you will lead a team of 19 Store Managers and be responsible for the results and profitability of your area of stores.

R

esponsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing all daytoday operational responsibilities across all stores nationally
  • Provide continuous coaching, leadership, guidance and development of your Managers
  • Drive a proactive approach to maximising sales and managing wage and stock loss
  • Drive all operational standards, including inventory management, visual merchandising, loss prevention and OH&S
  • Recruit highcalibre team members and provide them with an exceptional induction to the business
  • Communicating and influencing key stakeholders across the business

  • Strong multisite management experience of 10 + stores
  • An experienced, handson leader with great mentoring and coaching skills with the ability to inspire your team
