  • Warmly greeting and welcoming patients, answering phone enquiries, and efficiently managing appointments.
  • Managing customer accounts and ensuring smooth payment processing through HICAPS (Health Industry Claims and Payments Service).
  • Delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing and resolving any concerns or complaints.
  • Assisting dentists chairside and ensuring a sterile and safe environment through proper disinfection and sterilization of instruments.
  • Contributing to efficient clinic operations by assisting with stock management and organization.
  • Upholding strict infection control standards and compliance with OH&S requirements.

  • A caring and friendly personality with a strong patient focus (essential)
  • Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills (essential)
  • Previous experience working in a local Dental clinic OR a Certificate 3 in Dental assistance
  • Knowledge of dental progams or systems is an advantage
  • Fully vaccinated for COVID 19 COVID or able to provide a medical exemption certificate from a registered medical practitioner
