About The Role

This is a permanent role.

This role will report directly to the QA Manager your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Maintaining and verifying the effectiveness of the quality management system
  • Conducting internal and external audits, GMP inspections, verification, and validation of processes
  • Investigating customer complaints and non-conformances
  • Managing non-conforming products
  • Training staff in all aspects of food safety and quality
  • Preparing samples for external testing
  • Sensory evaluation as required.
  • Verifying processes and records

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Require

  • Tertiary qualification in food chemistry/food science preferable
  • 2+ years of QA experience in food/beverage manufacturing
  • Experience in BRC, SQF
  • Sensory experience is advantageous.
  • Experience in regulations with international markets is advantageous.
  • Good communication
  • Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
