Preschool Room Leader needed
Do you have a passion for educating children 3-5 years of age, supporting them in their biggest milestone of transitioning to school?

Have you had experience as a room leader?

Are you after a centre with a unique approach to school readiness, including an innovative, dedicated area to STEAM?


Nurture and Grow Early Learning Centre is looking for you We are after a full time room leader for our 3-5 year old preschool room.


  • Prior experience as a room leader
  • Early childhood qualification (Certificate III or Diploma). Preferably having completed or working towards ECT degree.
  • Experience incorporating the EYLF and NQF into a program that is child centred and strength based
  • Willingness to structure a room program in line with our centre philosophy
  • Passion for engaging with the community to support children in moving to school
  • Desire to work amongst a team of passionate educators
