Position: Hair Stylist

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $70,000 to $75,000 annually plus benefits

Location: Swan View, Western Australia

We are looking for a skilled Hair Stylist to join our team at a salon in Swan View, Western Australia.

Main responsibilities:

  • Handle reception duties such as managing phone calls, appointments, payments, and inquiries
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs
  • Maintain cleanliness in work areas and salon
  • Follow procedures, systems, and safety regulations
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships
  • Assess hair and scalp conditions and recommend appropriate treatments
  • Utilize color correction techniques for hair coloring
  • Apply foil highlights and hair lightening treatments
  • Provide perm solutions and post-treatment care
  • Perform hair chemical treatments and hair styling procedures
  • Carry out hair cutting and styling services for both men and women

Requirements:

  • Hold Certificate III in Hairdressing or higher, or equivalent overseas certification
  • Minimum three (3) years of relevant hairdressing experience
