You'll be responsible for:

  • Ensure compliance with AAL parts cost control process and guidelines.
  • Ensure the charges contained on repairer invoice are consistent with the amounts authorised by Motor Assessors and the current manufacturers' list prices.
  • Provide repairers with the prompt resolution of complaints, specifically including issues with repair invoices and other items that are flagged for review.
  • Communicate the basis for any adjustments made to invoices with repairers and respond to any feedback received in an appropriate manner.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all adjustments/savings identified.
  • Reviewing of Windscreen/Glass Claims to insure they are Fair & Reasonable.

About you:

  • Suitable candidates would benefit with some form of Parts Interpreter / Motor Spare Parts Industry experience.
  • Motor Vehicle Assessors with current trade qualifications are encouraged to apply.
  • Good understanding of the Motor Vehicle Insurance Industry and the Repair Industry Code of Conduct.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
  • Demonstrated evidence of technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, reporting and communication tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
