Description:


We are currently recruiting for an experienced Part Service and Full Service Foreman to work out of our Craigieburn site.

Applicants will have experience in the supervision of plant, labour and subcontractors for pavement works with a proven track record in the delivery of part service and subcontract civil construction projects in accordance with specifications, financial and reporting requirements.


Skills and Experiences:

Key areas of Responsibility include:

  • Assistance with quotation and tender activities
  • Project preparation and planning
  • Management of resources and materials in consultation with Operations Manager
  • Ensuring works are carried out in an efficient manner that meets quality requirements
  • Daily and weekly reporting
  • Client and stakeholder communication
  • Willingness to travel and work away as required

Essential Criteria:

  • Min. 2 years' experience as a foreman
  • Knowledge of stabilisation plant and materials
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  • Computer literacy with preferred proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project, along with standard written communication
