Position Profile:

We are seeking a suitably experienced candidate for the role of Senior Medical Practitioner to provide clinical governance leadership and accountability for clinical services within the Child and Adolescent Health Service – Community Health Aboriginal Health Team (AHT) while maintaining a professional reporting relationship to Consultant Paediatrician – Community Child Health.

The occupant of this position will promote the medical health and wellbeing of children, families and Aboriginal community groups including a range of health promotion/education and support strategies focusing on the social determinants of health and will be required to visit various community locations in Perth Metropolitan areas.
