As a Human Resources Business Partner you will be responsible for your own client portfolio and join a fun and fast paced People and Culture Team.

Reporting through to the Coordinator Human Resources you will be responsible in providing strategic advice and support to internal stakeholders on a range of HR matters, including recruitment, change management, industrial relations, grievance, Award and employee relations.

There are some exciting projects in the future coming up with a Salary Restructure and Directorate Restructure planned as well as a Recruitment System implementation.

What we are looking for

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field and a minimum of five (5) years' experience in a Human Resources role in a diverse, fast paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to use initiative and act independently in a team environment, to ensure excellence in customer service, best practice and the achievement of outcomes.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to determine the best practice solutions to achieve positive outcomes.
  • Demonstrated high level analytical, organisational and time management skills to meet defined deadlines.
  • Management of workforce matters in accordance with relevant legislation, regulations, policy and procedures, including innovative approaches to problem diagnosis, resolution and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting workplace investigations.
  • Experience in the use and maintenance of Human Resource Information Systems in addition to possessing advanced computer skills.
  • Possess and maintain a current NSW Driver's Licence.
