Day to day roles and responsibilities of a Chiropractic Assistant:

  • Booking appointment schedules and building relationships.
  • Balancing accounts, financial agreements, taking payments, cash handling and banking and other areas of practice operations.
  • Assisting our Chiropractors ensuring we maintain optimum office flow and provide outstanding service.
  • Educating and loving our practice members.
  • A passion for health
  • Customer service experience and enjoyment at working with patients of all age groups.
  • A brilliant phone manner.
  • Administration skills and experience are advantageous.
  • Excellent organization skills
  • High energy


Prior customer service experience would be ideal, however full training will be provided to the successful applicant in a supportive environment.

Casual

Salary:
$ $30.59 per hour

Schedule:

  • Afternoon shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Morning shift
  • Rotating roster
  • Weekend availability
