What's the role all about?


This rare opportunity provides an experienced Service Advisor the chance to join our clients team focused & highly motivating work culture whilst being remunerated exceptionally well for their efforts.

As the acting Service Advisor, your day-to-day will look like:

  • Delivering 5 star guest experiences
  • Interacting with customers during dropoffs and pickups
  • Coordinating daily service appointments with efficiency
  • Ensuring timely and regular followups to keep customers informed
  • Cultivating longlasting professional connections with both new and existing customers
  • Responding to customer queries promptly and effectively
  • Seeking upsell opportunities
  • Ensuing surveys are returned with CSI on or above manufacturer standards

For this role you will need to have experience as an acting Service Advisor.

Who are you?

  • Experience a Service Advisor in the Automotive Industry is essential
  • Are confident in in the role as a Service Advisor
  • Ability to communicate with all types of customers
  • Are a team player
  • Motivated by incentives
  • Professional presentation
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Organised and punctual
  • Hold a current Australian Drivers licence
  • Are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia
