Description

Play a crucial part in the optimisation work across Marketing, Membership and Digital teams by leading search engine optimisations that will drive traffic and contribute to delivering top-notch digital experiences for RACQ members.

Demonstrate your SEO skills by driving technical and onpage enhancements and developing content creation strategies.

Surface actionable insights on how we can improve RACQ's search experience to drive increases in conversions, and brand visibility, and work on collective initiatives to improve joint SEM and SEO outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

  • Evaluate search performance for RACQ using available tools and data to identify opportunities for optimisation and implement alongside digital teams.
  • Work proactively with other teams to identify content creation and enhancement opportunities for product marketing or member engagement
  • Be the SEO expert who can proactively identify issues and advise on implementing best practices
  • Devise strategies to improve the appearance of search results and work with digital teams to increase the effectiveness of landing pages and web journey to match intent.
  • Analyse paid and organic search performance to identify synergies or cannibalisation and provide recommendations to improve marketing efficiency and performance.

About you

  • 3+ years hands on experience in SEO strategy, implementation and management;
  • Experienced with search tools like SEMRush and ability to derive recommendations for improving search performance from data
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of search and site performance
  • Demonstrated record in identifying and implementing search improvements and digital optimisations
  • Strong analytical mindset, and can convert this into insights and action
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the capacity to influence and negotiate;
  • High standards and an eye for detail.
