Your Impact

As a Senior Educator you will be a team player, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

Situated in a charming cul-de-sac in the picturesque Little Mountains, our Centre offers a unique blend of convenience and natural beauty. Just minutes away from the Sunshine Coast's most stunning beaches, we are also conveniently located near schools, local shops, main roads, and public transport routes. The surrounding parks provide a serene setting for a peaceful lunch amidst the beauty of Little Mountain.

You'll need:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
  • Current QLD Working with Children Check
