The Partner Campaign Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting to optimise our content on the Qantas Shopping platform including scheduled retail campaign activity.

This role ensures our rapid flow content is created efficiently, correctly and with maximum impact to help deliver on our team objectives.

In addition to supporting the Commercial & Strategic Partnership Manager, you will be liaising with partners and third parties in addition to working with marketing and product teams, to identify opportunities and accurately implement and manage campaigns.

The role works with established processes, systems and guidelines to maintain our site standards.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • 2yrs+ project management, digital or agency environment preferred
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Past experience in affiliate, loyalty or performance marketing environments
  • An understanding of the retail landscape and managing B2B relationships will be highly regarded
  • Proactive selfstarter with strong prioritisation skills and great attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with an adaptable communication style
  • Ability to proficiently use Google apps (Gmail, Sheets and Docs) Microsoft Word, develop presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint, and use Microsoft Excel for budgeting purposes
  • Sound analytical and reporting skills
