About the position:

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Lawyer to join their dynamic Townsville CBD office. This role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, with hybrid working options to promote work-life balance. You will work alongside experienced support staff, providing practical and goal-oriented legal advice to business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer comprehensive commercial advice to business clients
  • Engage in legal drafting, including leasing and business contracts
  • Help clients achieve their goals with well-rounded and practical legal solutions
  • Optional involvement in wills and estates, with training available if desired

Key Requirements:

  • Admission as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Qld
  • Experience in commercial law (experience in wills and estates is advantageous)
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
